SafeHer CTO Phil Flocken is a technologist with over 35 years in the enterprise software business, focusing on AI, Big Data analytics, Cybersecurity, and Cloud applications. In his role, he manages the intellectual property and key technology-related business decisions for SafeHer and the Fuzzy app. He has always had a keen interest in creating technology solutions that improve the lives of humans, so when he was first approached by Scott Snapp, SafeHer™ CRO in January of 2024 about SafeHer’s company mission, and its first offering Fuzzy, he knew this was the perfect opportunity to bring his expertise and passion for human progress solutions together. 

Phil understands every aspect of the build, having begun his tech career after achieving a master’s degree in engineering science with an emphasis on robotics, software engineering, machine learning, and mathematics. He spent his first several years developing code, before rising through the ranks of Hewlett Packard and managing R&D teams spread across the U.S., Europe, India, and China. He further expanded his career path by moving into consulting, program management, marketing, M&A, sales, and sales strategy roles at HPE, Micro Focus, and OpenText. Phil has been awarded 7 U.S. patents – and is working on adding more.
